We then support strategic planning that clarifies shared goals, identifies leverage points for change, and establishes a realistic, a step-by-step path for implementation—ensuring reforms are not only well-designed, but actually adopted and sustained. 

We also work across systems, helping agencies align their approaches with partner organizations in the broader justice ecosystem such as law enforcement and courts, courts and probation, and prisons and community supervision. By strengthening coordination across sectors, we help communities reduce fragmentation, support staff at every level, and build justice systems that function as integrated, equity-centered networks rather than disconnected parts.
